Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment: Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash on delivery or MPESA. 

  2. Product Availability: We make every effort to ensure that all products advertised on our website or in our store are available for purchase. However, we reserve the right to change the availability of products at any time without prior notice incase the products are out of stock.

  3. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cash after payment has been made. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product for another one of equivalent value. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the purchase date, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  4. Warranty: All laptops and desktops come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures, but does not cover damage caused by accidents, liquid spillage, power surges, or natural disasters. Screens, power, and liquid spillage are not covered under warranty.

  5. Delivery and Shipping: We offer delivery services for an additional fee, which varies depending on the distance from our store. We do not offer shipping services outside Kenya.

  6. Product Usage: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product purchased from our store is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations. We are not liable for any damages or legal issues that arise from improper usage of the product.

  7. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already made a purchase, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

  8. Changing of Product: Changing of product after 7 days is not allowed. If a product is faulty or not up to your expectations, you must notify us within 7 days of the purchase date for a possible exchange of product. If the product is not faulty and it’s just a change of mind, we will not allow a change of product.

  9. Customer Information: We take the privacy of our customers seriously and will not share any personal information with third parties without prior consent.
